Belgium has risen from the 12th to the 10th place in an international ranking of the most reputable countries. “Belgium is mainly seen as a safe and ethical country,” the study concludes.
According to the results of the 2015 Country RepTrak study by the Reputation Institute, the best reputation have the following countries:

3 Sweden
4 Switzerland
5 Australia
6 Finland
7 New Zealand
8 Denmark
9 Netherlands
10 Belgium
The study asked 50,000 people.
“Internationally, Belgium is perceived as a well-functioning, ethical and safe country,” says communications consultancy akkanto, partner of the Reputation Institute. “The presence of the European institutions and NATO undoubtedly plays a major role.”
