The Brussels Centre for Fine Arts, Bozar is now available for virtual visits thanks to collaboration between the venue and the Google Arts & Culture website app.
Visitors can ‘move’ through the building using their computer or smartphone with the help of the platform, based on Google Street View.
This offers a 360° artistic experience, as well as access to unpublished archives, writes Bruzz.
The virtual tour of the building is an extension of the current exhibition, The Centre for Fine Arts of Victor Horta, dedicated to one of the most important representatives of art nouveau in Belgium.
“The collaboration between Google Arts & Culture and Bozar is a major step forward,” says Paul Dujardin, Bozar’s artistic director, in a press release.
“Our new digital platform offers visitors different tools to experience culture in a new way, but it also encourages artists and researchers to explore new fields together.”
