On Sunday 20 September 2015, Brussels organizes its traditional Car Free Sunday.
From 9:30 am till 7 pm, car traffic is not allowed in the Brussels Region, including the City of Brussels. Only urgent services, vehicles of public interest and persons with a pass can circulate in the zones where car traffic is forbidden.
The 19 municipalities of the Brussels Capital Region will close their territory for car traffic on Sunday 20 September 2015.
The Car Free Sunday is part of the European Week of Mobility. During this day lots of activities about mobility will be proposed to the Brusselses.
