Starting on 14 April, three beer-focused events will take place over three consecutive weekends: Zythos Beer Festival, Leuven Innovation Beer Festival and Food & Hops
The capital of Flemish Brabant has been home to the Zythos Beer Festival for several years now, and the Innovation Beer Festival is in its fourth year. This year the city’s event-planning agency Leuvenement added the pairing event Food & Hops, and Leuven Beer Weekends was born.
More than 100 Belgian brewers offer you the chance to taste over 500 different types of beer.
There are also beer tours, tastings, brewery visits and beer workshops.
In the centre of the city, several hotels offer surprising beer packages, while many restaurants serve delicious beer based dishes.
